I was born in 1980 in Lugano, Switzerland. Had a very privileged upbringing with my German Mum and Italian Dad. They divorced when I was 8. I grew up in Lugano, Rome, Kenya and London. Studied International Business and Management and International Communications. 
Everything seemed perfect, but life soon took unexpected turns, bringing with it challenges I never anticipated. I found myself navigating through difficult times, facing setbacks and personal struggles that left me unsure of how to move forward.

Came to Berlin with my mum and one suitcase to start from zero. Worked as a Pizza baker, in a call center, for an airline, as an Executive Assistant of an Ambassador for ten years and then in a Prop Tec Company, part of the biggest German Media Company. This life did not fulfill me, deep within I was broken and not happy. 

In 2022 I had my spiritual awakening, where I gradually came to realize that there is more to life than this. This usually happens when we go through a very difficult time, a big loss, where we ask ourselves all the questions like why is this happening to me, to what good, how come, and other questions like what is life all about?

Spiritual awakening is the moment you become consciously aware that you are a part of something greater than yourself, that deep within us there is something keeping us alive . Many refer to this energy as God, Love, the universe, Source Energy, or Consciousness. Every living thing is made of this energy, soul, spirit and therefore we are all one and connected.

That's when I shifted the perspective of my life. With Compassion Key I healed my inner wounds and traumatic past, with the help of books and podcasts everything begun to make sense to me. That's why I give also tips of books and podcasts here that helped me on my awakening journey.  I was no longer feeling sorry for myself going through so much but realized that everything happened for me not to me. Awakening from the uncoscious life I was living made me have a clear picture of everything, every little puzzle piece came together. I then stepped into the new version of me. 

The realization came to me that I wanted to share all that I learned with the world,   the information and steps that have brought me to self realization and that helping others has always been what I wanted to do. So here I am, sharing my life experience.
