Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Elena Campitiello Life Coach and Ananta You. By booking and participating in our sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Booking Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking. Booking and Payment Booking Process Book sessions in advance through our website or by contacting us at info@ananta-you.com. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via email upon payment. Payment Terms Full payment is required at booking. Payments accepted via Credit Cards, PayPal, and Klarna. Prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes. Cancellations and Rescheduling Client Cancellations Cancellations made over 48 hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund. Contact info@ananta-you.com to cancel or reschedule. Life-Changing Transformational Coaching Can only be canceled within 48 hours of the first booking. Binding for six months once started, with no refunds thereafter. Rescheduling Reschedule up to 48 hours before the session at no charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 48 hours is not refundable. Coach Cancellations If we need to cancel, you will be notified ASAP, and a full refund or rescheduling will be provided at no extra cost. Confidentiality Information shared during sessions is confidential, not disclosed without consent, except as required by law. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality. Limitation of Liability Our services provide guidance and support, not a replacement for professional advice (medical, legal, financial). We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Code of Conduct: Clients must conduct themselves respectfully. Abusive or disruptive behavior may result in termination of the session without a refund. Intellectual Property Materials provided during sessions are our intellectual property. Reproduction or distribution for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written consent. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and updated on our website.
